When will my order ship?
We aim to ship everything in 2 business days, but ask for the grace of up to 5 business days at peak shopping times (ie: the holidays). Feel free to reach out if you've got questions or need expedited shipping options. Assuming your request is within our power, we can likely work something out.

What are the care instructions for my purchase?
Specific care instructions are listed on each individual listing, but broadly speaking, we recommend hand-washing ceramics, and we insist upon hand-washing anything wooden. Dry wood upright so it's never sitting in water, and apply spoon butter or Walrus Oil when it starts feeling dry.
If your purchase doesn't have a magnet or cork on it, it is technically dishwasher-safe, however the harsh detergents do ware on the glaze over time.
If your purchase is something that does have a magnet or cork on it, use a damp cloth to wipe it down and avoid submerging it in water. The adhesives we use are very strong, but introducing too much moisture can trap water and cause bacteria and may sacrifice the integrity of the hold.
What is The Core Collection?
The Core Collection consists of functional pieces that are made in larger batches and that will continue to be restocked.
We established our core collection for two main reasons- first to allow you to be mindful in your decision to purchase without a sense of urgency and second to keep the price point of these items as low as we can for accessibility's sake.

What is your return policy?
We handle return requests on a case-by-case basis. You must contact us within 3 days of delivery when a 30-day return window begins, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return and 30 days to get it back to us. At this point, we will assess whether or not to grant a prepaid label. Again, this happens on a case-by-case basis.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags where applicable, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, (ie: the email associated with the order or the order number).
